1. Black Wine
An expensive and rare drink from the mountains of Thentis. It is a strong bitter drink much like earths coffee. It is often served with sugars, milk and very hot. It is served in cups.
"I grinned, and washed down the eggs with a swig of hot black wine, prepared from the beans grown upon the slopes of the Thentis mountains. This black wine is quite expensive. Men have been slain on Gor for attempting to smuggle the beans out of the Thentian territories."
-- Beasts of Gor page 21.
2. Ale
A honeyed drink that is gold in color and brewed from grains of Gor. It is served in goblets or tankards depending on the area.
The Forkbeard himself now, from a wooden keg, poured a great tankard of ale, which must have been of the measure of five gallons. Over this he then closed his fist. It was the sign of the hammer, the sign of Thor. The tankard then, with two great bronze handles, was passed from hands to hands among the rowers. The men threw back their heads and, the liquid spilling down their bodies, drank ale. It was the victory ale.
--Marauders of Gor, p 82
3. Water
Just like the water of Earth though much cleaner. It is taken from well and spring of Gor. It is served in cups chilled.
4. Juice
Much like the juices of Earth it is made from the fruit of Gor, such as Larma, Rambarries, and many more. It is served in cups always chilled.
5. Paga
There are two types of Paga. Pagar-Sa-Tarna is a fermented brew made from the grains of Sa-Tarna. It is ether served room temperature or hot. It is sold in bottles or botas, but served in three footed bowl.
The second is Sul-paga or what I like to call moonshine. It is a strong colorless liquid made from suls, much like potatoes, served at room temperature.
I may have drunk too much of that fermented brew, concocted with fiendish skill from the yellow grain, Sa-Tarna, and called Pagar-Sa-Tarna, Pleasure of the Life-Daughter, but almost always "Paga" for short.--Tarnsman of Gor. P 59
6. Milk
Milk is produced by Bosk, Verr, and Kaiila. It can be served hot or cold in a cup.
7. Ka-la-na
Is a dry red wine that can be sweetened. It is made from the fruit of the Ka-la-na tree. It is severed both chilled and warmed normally in a goblet. Never serve Ka-la-na in a silver goblet for it is poisonous.
"After the meal I tasted the drink which might not inappropriately be described as an almost incandescent wine, bright, dry, and powerful. I learned later it was called Ka-la-na." Tarnsman of Gor, pg. 26
