While swimming, many wrap a long broad strap of glazed leather about their heads like a turban. The bath girls are there for the pleasure of men. GLANA: (the white silk) virgins. The expression 'white silk' applies to the virgin slave, though it is unlikely that she wears silks of white. At best, a virgin or 'white silk girl' will be given a white ribbon of silk to loop to her collar on nights when she is asked to serve men who may not be aware of her condition It is not unusual that the owner of such a girl will reserve first use to Himself. Similarly, a girl who is new to a chain may find a bit of white silk knotted to her collar even though she is not virgin. This is done when the Master decides that He will first 'taste' His new girl before He will let her be used by others.

scribe slave: scribes that have been captured, they do the book keeping no one else wants to do. They are above other slaves with the fact they can read and write, but aren't above, like all slaves, cooking, cleaning and warming the furs.
seduction slaves: They are used to lure free women into compromising situations so that the women can be made slaves by the couching laws. The couching laws exist in many Gorean cities. Essentially the law states that any free woman who couches with another’s slave, or even prepares to do so, becomes a slave herself and the slave of the male slave’s master. - Magicians of Gor, pg 8

silk girl: Term used by slaves of Torvaldsland in reference to the silk clad slave girls of the more Southern parts of Gor. Bond-maids are commonly dressed in wool kirtles and consider the silken garments of the Southern kajira to be a sign of a more pampered and spoiled type of slavery.

silk slave: a male slave kept by Free Women as sexual toys, handsome and sometimes pretty by male standards, these slaves are often muscular and manly, as Free Women love having strong men at their feet, this can be dangerous if the slave doesn't know his place or wishes to be free.
